Happy new year! We are very excited for 2019 at AT Dental Health, we are looking forward to seeing our regular patients as well as new faces. A new year provides a chance for fresh to set new goals and intentions for the year ahead.  If you are struggling to pick a new years resolution and need some inspiration, we have you covered! We have listed 10 Dental new years resolutions, that are simple and easy to keep.

10 dental new years resolutions:

  1. Brush your teeth twice a day
  2. Floss everyday
  3. Visit the dentist every 6 months for general check-up and clean
  4. Change your toothbrush every 3 months
  5. Avoid sugary and sticky foods and drinks
  6. Drink more water
  7. Go visit the dentist immediately, if your teeth begin to feel sensitive or painful
  8. Limit snacking, especially sugary snacks
  9. Avoid tobacco
  10. Show off that amazing smile everyday
