Best Way to Brush Your Teeth

Brushing your teeth is the most essential part in maintaining your oral hygiene! A daily part of your routine, some of us brush our teeth without giving it a second thought. But do you really know the best method to brush, in order to keep your teeth strong and healthy?

Here are some tips when brushing your teeth:

  1. Clean both the outer and inner surfaces of your upper and lower teeth.
  2. When brushing your teeth, brush in a circular motion.
  3. Ensure you are brushing both the outer and inner surface of your teeth.
  4. Avoid brushing too vigorously, as it may lead to damaged gums.
  5. Angle your brush at 45°, brushing towards your gums.
  6. Brush two times a day for two minutes.
  7. Don’t forget to change your toothbrush every 4 months!

Brushing our teeth ensures that we maintain our teeth, assisting in reducing decay and damage! And don’t forget to floss each time you brush!
