Here are some tips when brushing your teeth:

- Ensure you are brushing both the outer and inner surface of your teeth.
- Avoid brushing too vigorously, as it may lead to damaged gums.
- Angle your brush at 45°, brushing towards your gums.
- Brush two times a day for two minutes.
- Don’t forget to change your toothbrush every 4 months!
